CAT'S REVIEW
LOVE AT LAST by Claudia Connor. Such a sweet and easy to read tale. Deacon, our Hero, is a doll. He's a great dad, a wonderful son and a terrific lover. Rightly so, Clare is swept away by the attraction the two share. I liked Clare and my heart felt for her, but she did sometimes annoy me with some choices she made. Despite that, these two together are simply meant to be. The story, at times, hit me right in the chest as I felt the emotions flowing through these two. There was anger, laughter, sadness, and, of course, love. Ms. Connor writes so fluidly and effortlessly that the reader cannot help but feel what Deacon and Clare do throughout. This was an enjoyable read that was filled with family and the ups and downs that come with a relationship and life. (received ARC for honest review)
