This is the second book of "The Heroes of the Dixie Wardens MC - I have to say - I'm in love with this series!! I did read book one, "Lights to My Siren" and enjoyed it thoroughly, but I don't believe anyone would have a problem reading this one as a stand alone. Now, to the story - wow, Adeline is one sweet, yet tough, cookie! She and her twin sister, Viddy, cracked me up - it was great to see them have such a terrific relationship. Kettle is just dreamy! Sorry, no other way to describe him. He's big, strong and a firefighter! He only wants to protect those he loves and he does what needs to be done to accomplish that. I loved seeing him interact with his "family" - the MC members. There are many bumps along the way in this story - poor Addie - she has a serious run of bad luck but if I had Kettle in my corner, I wouldn't mind! This is a HOT and SMOKIN' tale that I would definetly recommend! Can't wait for Trance and Viddy's story next!! (Received copy for honest review)
