Sometimes life gives us
a second chance at love.
Shannon O'Toole isn't looking for romance. Ever since her fiancé's death, she created a quiet life for herself restoring Victorian cottages. Still, she can't deny her attraction to the handsome, broad-shouldered stranger. Daniel makes her feel things she's hasn't felt in years-including the desire to share her secrets. But can Shannon trust a detective when doing so could bring danger to her cottage door? In Eternity Springs, anything-and everything-is possible...
"Heartsong Cottage" by Emily March. This is my first book by Emily March and can I say Wow! She knows how to grab the reader's attention from the start! The first chapter knocked me for a loop. Our main characters - Daniel and Shannon - both are lost souls having suffered terrible heartbreak in the past. Are they what each other needs? I truly enjoyed this story - there are ups and downs, laughter and tears and Ms. March does an amazing job of bringing it all together and making it work without it being too much. I was involved in this story and felt my heart break and lift with each character. This is a heartwarming tale that I would definitely recommend. (received copy from NetGalley for honest review)
