BOOK INFORMATION

THIS IS FOREVER
This Is Series #4
By Natasha Madison
Release Date: January 14

BOOK SUMMARY
Caroline
Becoming a teen mom at eighteen was not what I expected, but then again, neither was being a single parent. Still, I wouldn’t change my past because that boy is my world.

Hockey is the only thing my son seems to care about, so I work two jobs to make sure he can play. I’d do anything to make sure he doesn’t suffer because of the bad decisions his father made.

When he won a whole summer of hockey training, I knew in my heart he was going to have an amazing time.

What I wasn’t prepared for was meeting his new summer coach.

He was magnetic, powerful, and a player—in all forms of the word.

If my life had taught me anything up to this point, it was how to avoid making bad decisions, and Justin Stone was the definition of a bad decision.

I could never be a woman his family approved of. Even if I wished I could be.

Justin
Growing up as the son of a hockey God is one thing. Growing up as the brother of a second hockey God is another. I had big skates to fill, so it was a good thing I loved every second of it.

Summer was my off time, my time to let loose, but when they ask me to coach a hockey camp for underprivileged kids, I couldn’t say no.

But when she walked in holding a little boy’s hand, my heart stopped beating. Or maybe it started for the first time.

They were a package deal, and I knew this—wanted it more than I’ve ever wanted anything. It didn’t take long to realize that no matter what happened,

I would do anything to protect them.

She is the only one I want to be with.

When push comes to shove, I have to prove to everyone that this is my choice, and This is Forever.

CAT'S REVIEW

THIS IS FOREVER by Natasha Madison.  Wow!  Ms. Madison took my heart and never let go with this one!  I adored the entire tale - the characters, the storyline, the writing style - all of it!  Justin is just scrumptious!   He melted my heart with his actions - yes, he's a bit alpha but it all done in love.   Caroline made my heart hurt so bad.  She tried so hard and life just kept knocking her down but she had such an inner strength about her that I admired and adored her. The connection between Justin and Caroline is undeniable.  I love stories that have struggling single moms and kids that, despite the mom doing her darndest to shield them, know what is going on.  Throughout the entire tale, I shed many tears.  Ms. Madison has an incredible talent for expressing the emotions felt through the characters to the reader.  My heart hurt and rejoiced and cheered throughout.   Another positive for me - I have not read the previous book in this series yet (you bet I will be after reading this one!) but I never found I was missing anything.  Ms. Madison successfully recaps previous tales without giving too much away.  While I have read a few other books by this author and enjoyed them - Ms. Madison -you have gained yourself a true fan with THIS IS FOREVER!  :)

COPA NYC 2017!!

Had an AMAZING time at the COPA NYC 2017 Book Signing this past Saturday.  It was held at the Mid-town Hilton in NYC.   This was my first signing and, Wow!  I was blown away!  To say it was fun and I was in awe of the wonderful authors and other readers/bloggers I met, is putting it mildly. Everyone was super friendly and helped settle my nerves (more from excitement than anything else)  and made me feel so welcome and right at home.   Several authors held some giveaways and I won two!!  I won a Kindle from Elle Christensen and bag full of goodies (including a Target gift card - my fave store after book stores) from Shari Ryan.

Many authors were new to me but a few faves were there too - including Sidney Halston, Lauren Layne, Elle Christensen, Tessa Bailey, Jana Aston, and oh, so many incredible authors.   I kind of went a bit overboard with the number of books I bought but am so excited to read, read, read!

Here are some pics for you to enjoy....

Taking a break from working on his doctorate in political science,Sebastian Bloom wants to reassure himself his sister isn’t making another mistake with her upcoming wedding to a Marietta rancher. CAT'S REVIEW
Ms. Collin's "His Blushing Bride" is a sweet romance that grabs the reader from the get-go!   Piper, a high school music teacher, at times came off a bit stand-offish at the beginning, but as the reader gets to know her, we realize it's due to shyness and innocence and lack of self-esteem.  Bastian, a houseguest at her parents' house, is confident, a bit cocky but overall, a loving guy.  I enjoyed the interactions with other characters and seeing Bastian as the protective uncle.   For me, this was a traditional romance - two strangers try to have a no-strings attached affair but the hearts involved have other ideas.  I loved it!  It was a bit predictable, as a traditional romance can be, but Ms. Collins keeps it fresh and fun.   This is a light and airy read perfect for the beach or your lunch break!   (received copy from NetGalley for honest review)
