"Protecting Dakota" by Susan Stoker. Ms. Stoker has written a tale that encompasses love and passion as well as danger and intense emotional stress. Dakota, a school principal, has drawn the unwanted attention of a terrorist that wants her for his own. Cutter is a retired SEAL that is recruited for a top secret mission which involves protecting Dakota. I really liked that our couple are older - both in their forties. That is not something you see every day. Although, there were times Dakota she came across a bit young to me but not so that it detracted from the story. Ms. Stoker is known for stories that have some crazy dangerous situations and this one does too. I was hoping to see a bit more earlier on in the story but once it happened, wow! I couldn't turn the pages fast enough to see who would survive. If you enjoy sexy SEALs, strong heroines and crazy danger, check out "Protecting Dakota". (received ARC for honest review)
