NORI'S DELTA by Lori Ryan. This was an enjoyable read that certainly had some action and danger and suspense. Our main couple - Nori and Heath - were high school sweethearts that are reunited in the face of danger. I liked Heath, a/k/a Woof. He is, of course, alpha and sexy, but deep down, he is sweet and kind, as is evident by the way all animals flock to him. Nori is all business - a State Dept employee heading into serious negotiations - but I liked when she let her guard down and we saw inside to the true Nori - a person that cares for others and will put herself in danger to protect them. She and Heath had some chemistry and some sparks too. The story moved at a good pace and the writing was well done. Being a Susan Stoker fan, it was fun to see some of her characters in the story too. I look forward to reading the tales of the rest of the Delta Three team soon! (received ARC for honest review)
