LETHAL TEMPTATION by Kaylea Cross. Wow! What a ride! This story has a little bit of everything - there's fun times and smiles, love and romance, and danger and suspense. Mason and Avery are perfect together. Avery is a bit standoffish at first, but due to hurts from her past. I liked that she is a confident and independent woman. Mason is simply scrumptious! He has his own demons he is fighting but I loved that he is able to see beyond into the future. He sees past her walls and doesn't give up on her or them. Ms. Cross includes a villain that is a psycho and keeps our couple on their toes, as well as the reader! The writing style flows effortlessly and the story is told from both POV's, which is what I like. I highly recommend this one - I couldn't put it down! (received ARC for honest review)

SEDUCED IN INK by Carrie Ann Ryan. I absolutely ADORED this story. Aaron and Madison are delightful! Friends to lovers is one of my favorite tropes and Ms. Ryan did not disappoint. These two were simply meant to be and their interactions are delightful to see. Ms. Ryan brought out so many emotions - from Aaron's need to save to Madison's troubles - I was right there in the story. Aaron is the ultimate stand up guy - stepping in when he sees a wrong. Madison is sweet and gentle, yet lives a not so great life with her family. Ms. Ryan's writing style and the effortless flow of this story captivated me. The characters, the plot and all the little extras on the side were perfectly done.
This series has been terrific from the start and SEDUCED IN INK is a perfect way to wrap it up. Just a note - this is a standalone but I would recommend reading the rest because, why not? They are wonderfully written and provide immense entertainment for the reader. (received ARC for honest review)

LAST BEAUTIFUL GIRL by Samantha Chase. In this one, Ms. Chase tells the tale of lost love, heartbreak, grief but it also has happiness and laughter and family too. Syndey and Kyle have a history, one that didn't end so well. Together once again, can they make it work this time? Throw in a 12 year old preteen girl that is struggling to learn how to live after the death of her parents, and it makes for some rough and tough times for this trio. I'll be honest, I didn't love Kyle at first - I found him a bit immature and didn't really care for him, but as the story progressed and he and the other characters grew, he captured my heart. The story encompasses so many emotions - my heart hurt and I even shed a few tears as Ms. Chase is able to portray these heartfelt moments through her talent for writing. This was a great read that had me staying up late to finish it. Note - it is book six but I have not read the previous books and had absolutely no issue following along. (received ARC for honest review)
