"Rescuing Casey" by Susan Stoker. This is Book 7 of the Delta Force Heroes series. This tale tells the story of Casey Shea and Troy "Beatle" Lennon. There is danger and love and suspense that is intertwined with some mystery too. Overall, a little bit of everything that keeps the readers turning the pages to find out who, what, why and how. Our Hero, Beatle, is a true alpha and uber sexy, of course. Ms. Stoker's Heroes always make me swoon and Beatle is no exception. Casey, despite needing a little bit of help from Beatle and the rest of the Delta Force, is a strong and independent woman. I liked Casey but for some reason, I just didn't click with her the way I have with previous heroines in this series. Despite that, I truly enjoyed the tale and loved catching up with the characters from earlier books. Oh, and Ms. Stoker is a true tease! The epilogue has me pining away for her future works coming out later this year! (received ARC for honest review)
